Identification

We identify transactions primarily through our extensive industry network, using a structured and rigorous approach while maintaining a personal and individualized touch. This often enables us to secure exclusive bilateral opportunities for our clients.

Closing

We facilitate the successful closing of transactions by establishing direct access to sellers and management, overseeing the entire transaction process, and strategically leveraging both our expertise and our clients’ strengths.

Asset Management

We actively manage investments throughout our clients' holding period, focusing on value creation through growth and an increase in efficiency. We are committed to taking on roles such as executive board memberships, lead advisory roles or a position insupervisory boards, and we support these positions with significant co-investments of our own, acting as fully aligned partners of the incoming investors.
