We support financial investors in finding, closing and managing investments. We work for financiers in the infrastructure and multi-asset industries. We take on central tasks in all three phases of an investment:

Identification

We identify transactions, mostly from our tight industry networks, in a structured and rigorous approach, yet personal and individual. We often achieve bilateral situations for our clients.

Closing

We secure the closing of transactions by developing access to sellers and management, managing the entire transaction process, and skillfully playing our own cards as well as those of our clients.

Asset Management

We manage investments throughout our clients' holding period in an active approach focused on value creation through growth. We are happy to take on the position of supervisory or advisory board member or lead advisor and back it up with a substantial co-investment of our own.
